Mobile Virtual Production

We bring the volume to you.

A deployable LED wall, full render stack, camera tracking, and our crew — set up at your location, ready to shoot.

Why Mobile

The stage comes to the production

Your shoot has a location. We bring the LED wall, the render stack, the tracking, and the crew. Same system as our permanent stages — deployed wherever you need it.

Shoot Anywhere

We deploy to soundstages, warehouses, convention centers, corporate campuses, or any space with the footprint and power. No studio booking required.

Full System, Not Just Panels

This isn’t an LED wall rental. It’s the complete pipeline: LED panels, render nodes, camera tracking, Unreal Engine, and the crew that operates it all.

Same Quality as Our Stages

Identical technology stack and team standards as our permanent facilities in Georgia and Los Angeles. The work looks the same because the system is the same.

Crew Included

Every mobile deployment includes a VP supervisor, Unreal Engine artist, LED technician, and tracking engineer. We run the technology — your team focuses on the creative.

Faster Than Location Shoots

No permits, no weather delays, no company moves between locations. Multiple environments in a single day, anywhere you need to be.

Reduced Post Budgets

In-camera VFX means less compositing, less rotoscoping, and faster delivery. What the camera captures on set is the final pixel.

The Package

Everything we deploy

A turnkey mobile VP system. We transport, build, calibrate, operate, and strike — you just show up and shoot.

LED Wall
Configurable LED panels in flat, curved, or partial enclosure setups. High refresh rate, 2.6mm pixel pitch, sized to your space and production needs.
Render Stack
Puget Systems compute nodes running Unreal Engine 5 with nDisplay output. Redundant hardware with genlock sync — no tearing, no dropped frames.
Camera Tracking
FreeD protocol camera tracking with sub-millimeter accuracy. Perspective-correct parallax on every camera move, calibrated on-site.
Unreal Engine
Full real-time rendering pipeline with Lumen global illumination and Nanite geometry. Virtual environments built or adapted during pre-production.
On-Set Crew
VP supervisor, Unreal Engine artist, LED technician, and tracking engineer. Every deployment is fully crewed and operated by our team.
Transport
We handle logistics, transport, load-in, rigging, calibration, and strike. Your venue provides the space and power — we handle the rest.
Use Cases

Where teams are deploying

Brand Events
LED volume at a product launch, trade show, or corporate event. Immersive branded environments that aren’t possible with traditional scenic.
On-Location
Virtual production at a soundstage, warehouse, or venue your production is already booked into. No need to move to a VP studio.
Automotive
Vehicle shoots at client facilities, dealerships, or auto shows. Physically accurate reflections and driving environments on-site.
Corporate
Executive messaging, product demos, and training content produced at company headquarters. Multiple environments, zero travel.
Live Broadcast
Real-time interactive backgrounds for live-to-air content, keynotes, and presentations. Content changes on the fly.
Multi-City
Same production, multiple cities. We deploy to each stop with a consistent look and system — no quality variance between markets.
Process

How a mobile deployment works

Three phases. We handle the technical complexity so you can focus on the creative.

Phase 01

Scope & Plan

  • Review your space: dimensions, power, load-in access
  • Define wall configuration and environment needs
  • Build virtual environments in Unreal Engine
  • Pre-visualize camera moves and lighting in-engine
Phase 02

Deploy & Calibrate

  • Transport and load-in to your location
  • Rig LED panels, render nodes, and tracking system
  • On-site calibration and color pipeline setup
  • Full system test before your crew arrives
Phase 03

Shoot & Strike

  • On-set VP supervisor and UE artist for the duration
  • Real-time environment control and adjustments
  • Multiple environments shot in a single day
  • Teardown, pack, and load-out when production wraps
Venue Requirements

What your space needs

We can work with most commercial spaces. Here are the basics.

Ceiling Height

Minimum 14’ clear height for a standard wall configuration. Taller ceilings allow for overhead LED and larger setups.

Floor Space

Minimum 30’ × 30’ footprint including crew working space, video village, and equipment staging.

Power

200A 3-phase power minimum. We can work with house power or bring supplemental generators depending on the configuration.

Load-In Access

Dock-height loading door or ground-level access wide enough for road cases and LED panel crates.

Climate Control

HVAC or climate-controlled space. LED panels generate heat and perform best in a temperature-stable environment.

Ambient Light

The space should be darkened or darkenable. Windows can be blacked out. Existing overhead lighting should be controllable.
